"Loved staying at the karaksa hotel grande. The onsen was a bonus and it was great to be able to use the washing facilities. The bed was huge and comfy - we had amazing night sleeps. The room and bathroom was very clean. Had so many toiletries to choose from and the slippers was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, and were keen to help with any enquiries. It was also a great distance from Shin-Osaka station which was convenient for getting anywhere. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay next time!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. It is a beautiful hotel and property with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious and our room was spotless, spacious, and modern. We particularly enjoyed the club level amenities and the bars on the top floors, which had excellent drinks and views of the city. We also appreciated the room upgrade to a suite. I wish we had time to stay more than one night here."
