"Our stay at Glee Nairobi, a Preferred LVX Hotel, was nothing short of spectacular, and I have to say it was the outstanding team and thoughtful touches that made this experience unforgettable. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt like royalty. A big shout-out to Hillary, the Kitchen Supervisor, who ensured that the 24-hour food service was exactly that — 24-hour service, with incredible meals at any hour of the day or night. It’s not every day that you find a hotel so dedicated to meeting all your dining needs! However, the one person who truly left a lasting impression on me was Anne Mwangi, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Anne was an absolute star! Her dedication, professionalism, and warmth were remarkable, and I honestly believe every company would benefit from having someone like her. She made our stay unforgettable, and I sincerely hope the Glee Nairobi recognizes the incredible impact she has — she’s a big reason why this hotel will remain dominant in Nairobi! Anne, You’re unforgettable. The rest of the team — Sylvia, Sharon, George, David, Joan, Kelvin, Benjamin, Arif, Faith, and Fridoh — were all exceptional as well, providing attentive service that made us feel welcomed and cared for at every turn. The thoughtful birthday bed dress and desserts in the room were such a sweet surprise, adding to the overall experience. Be sure to visit the Hide Steakhouse!"

"Property is at a serene place. Grace was fantastic with communication. Keep the good job. The only con is that they don't have a backup power Incase the power goes off. Try to fix this as some of your clients would be working remotely and highly dependant on electricity and internet."

"I was very disappointed with Paleo hotel, The shower water in the wet room did not drain away, so was always wet and slippery. The window rattled in the wind. I stayed for 2 nights, paid my bill and left really I should have refused to pay for the 2 nights as I left there very sick probably caused because of the problems with the the drainage. The food was not up to much either I wished I had gone else where "
