"We had a wonderful visit to Nerja and stay. The Hostel was in a great location for restaurants and coffee shops and the bus station. We loved our room and the staff were always welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend and would stay there again "

"Our flight was delayed leaving the UK, so everything was delayed. We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. They were great! A lovely lady named Rosa was very helpful, her English was very good so we could confirm an approximate time of our arrival. Just a few minor things- no bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom, a few hooks on the back of the door would help! No full length mirror which is annoying when you’re on holiday and want to see your outfits! "

Staff friendly and helpful when we locked our keys in the room. We did not have a kettle or somewhere to keep nibbles which would have been nice. "
