"Toilets did not work. We paid for one king size bed and was given twin beds. I had to spend two hours to resolve the problem, yet was not given a late check out."

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."

It was a clean, very well designed hotel with a beautiful mural that you might miss if you were just driving through. But the best part was the staff. The front desk young men are so helpful and friendly . Poolside loved it. I give a 7.5 out 10. Just because the food was not good and the service in the restaurant. Over all everything was great! "
