"Reasonably priced and well equipped with excellent staff!"

"I stayed in January for 5 nights and my experience of staying at this hotel was not good. There was not hot water, despite my complaint the issue wasn't resolved. At times, elevators won't work and you had to bang on the door to keep them moving. The most frustrating part for me was the wifi connection which was VERY poor. I won't recommend this hotel if you have to do virtual meetings or have to respond to emails. I wouldn't staying at this hotel for USD 50 only. "

"The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in. "Great hotel, very clean and spacious! Just a shame about the slow service, asked for multiple items such as loo roll, iron etc. on separate occasions and was waiting over an hour. I understand sometimes there is delay but there was no communication to advise of the delay. Despite that I would stay here again, the buffet was amazing - so much choice! & the fact that you have your own entrance to the mall "

"Absolutely marvellous place. Security very friendly, early check in with upgrade. Room excellent. Breakfast fabulous and also we had a delightful roof top evening meal. Laundry a little expensive but a great stay overall."

The power goes out for more then 10 minutes at a time, multiple times, luggage boy questioning wether my wife and i had a booking, what our room number was, and other unnecessary questions that did not concern anyone. Horrible hotel for the price, i would pay more to stay somewhere else then ever stay here again. Knowing this is Pakistan and no one will take any action but still…"

"Stayed 5 nights there. It was by far the best and charming accommodation during my Pakistan trip. Courteous staff keen to serve and satisfy the guest. Efficient concierge service. Appreciate the free return airport transfer. Room and bath slightly dusty, but generally clean. Slept very well on the king-size bed, even better then at home. They paid attention to my special requests regarding the room. Breakfast was a feast: rich spread of continental and above all delicious local dishes. I’ll miss...
