"Front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant upon check in. Got to the room and there was a fry on the floor by the side of the bed, so I don’t feel like the room was cleaned very well. Beautiful hotel and atmosphere, but otherwise underwhelmed. "

"The check-in process wasn’t so good. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Caused some inconvenience for me. The hotel itself is kind of awesome. It’s an old hotel. Clean, updated. It was negative temps outside and our room never got above 65 degrees no matter how high I set the room temp. Was grateful for an extra comforter. "

"They must be in the middle of upgrading, as they have brand new TVs but no one knew how the remotes worked. Not many channels available, either. There were spots, lamp shades for one, that we're old and beat up. The room door didn't reach down to the floor, so it was a bit noisy for awhile, but settled down about 9:PM. Beds were wonderful. We loved the wheelchair accessible shower ! Food was excellent ! The bar/restaurant was sorely under staffed on Saturday. Made for a long wait for...

"Our stay at the Canopy was perfect. Beautiful unique hotel. Staff was very attentive, welcoming, and personable. Very clean lobby, hallways, room. Rooms were very quiet. Never heard a peep from the hallway or neighboring rooms. We had breakfast at the Cascato restaurant. Beautiful restaurant, we sat at a lovely little table right next to the fireplace. Our server was amazing, very attentive, and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be back!!!!"
