The rooms have really been cleaned up as well as the swimming area. Very nice for a family function.

Outdated, room door did not lock when leaving room, refrigerator door broken, towel rack rusted and about to fall off, tiles in shower missing caulk, outdated dirty stairwell. Loud hallways. Restaurant on property-food was not worth it at all, service was slow and they were not busy.

It was pretty much as described and the water park facilities are nice, my only complaint is the television channels choices,, really only for children or democrat viewers. It would be much better if they had smart TVs that I could use my subscriptions that offer other choices than sponge Bob..

Waterpark was great for the kids but the waterpark bathrooms were disgusting. Poop all over and a lack of towels to use in the pool area. They had a big volleyball tournament that weekend so the place was busy and packed. The staff tried to keep up with everything but you can only do so much. The place is a little outdated and could use a refresher

Check in was an hour late as the room was NOT ready when we arrived. Toilet in room would not flush properly. We had to get a plunger from maintenance and use every time it was used. We complained but nothing was done. Wait staff in restaurant were not engaging to the point of being rude.

The hotel was nice, and the room had a pull out bed we weren't expecting. The area is right across from the convention center but on a no concert night, it was less than ideal.

Our overall experience was excellent. The kids loved the waterpark and I loved the convenience of the room and the comfortable bed. Only cons would be the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Time for a new mattress.

We have been staying here for many years over Christmas and it’s always kinda crazy getting checked in. I think a 3rd or 4th person on staff for that would be amazing. Esp if they are sold out. Standing in line for 30-45 minutes is a bit much
