"Breakfast was very chaotic. It was busy but still chaotic! The layout needs to be reviewed, which may help. Milk not available near tea & coffee hence people crossing the room to get milk or constantly asking where it was. would make life easier for staff and visitors alike if there was better flow."

"Easy walk to Canary Wharf for shops and on to Greenwich, O2 arena or back to Waterloo. Check in online night before was easy and so quicker on arrival. Staff very helpful directing us to O2. Room comfortable and breakfast tasty and plenty of choice. For our needs and experience staying in London, couldn’t fault it! We’ll stay there again."

"Excellent staff. Top customer service, staff were so helpful. I wish I’d taken the name of the front desk guy that arranged our taxi. He then called our room to check we were happy. All very clean and comfortable. Bar staff were fantastic too. If I was being picky, I’d recommend wifi details to be in the room, I had to phone down to ask. And only one lot of regular tea bags, two lots woukd have been preferable. Other than that a fabulous hotel with the best customer service I’ve ever...

"It was very basic,although our room changed , as original was on second floor , but due to mobility issues the owner gave us one on the first floor.Toilet/shower room really small and not much room for a double,more for a single. Owner was pleasant and very accomodating"

"A lucky find! Convenient location, close to Leytonstone underground station. Perfect as we had tickets for ABBA Voyage. We booked three rooms, all slightly different, very comfortable, lovely decor. Had food in the pub, typical pub food, reasonably priced. We would definitely return."
