"Tower Hotel is a great place to spend a few nights. The location was perfect for us, based on what we were doing. There are lots of great restaurants and pubs in the area. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor. We did not go but were told by other guests that it is very good. Be sure to ask for a room with view of the tower, its spectacular. They don't have a shuttle service but will order you a flat rate taxi. One minor issue for me was the fact that the rooms are dated and should be up-graded. For example, our sink had a crack in it. Minor issue for me because everything else was clean. I highly recommend..."

"I purchased a pastry in the coffee shop and when I asked for a fork the cashier retrieved one from under the coffee station and turned her back to me and started rubbing it vigiously in what looked like she was cleaning it. I interupted her by asking what she was doing and said hand it to me. It was indeed dirty. I took it, found a tray of clean cutlery and took a photo of both. Otherwise it was a great hotel for us. "

"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."
