"It was a fine 5 days of food, shopping and walking. One glitch was the construction project next door. Also, a strong smell of diesel. The hotel offered another space for us to get away from it. However. for some reason, the crew quit at noon and the smell stopped. Staff was very responsive and came to our room and started the on wall heater/air conditioner to clear the smell. Thanks for the support."

"We only met the on site manager once. We needed paper towels and laundry detergent which he brought. It’s just that the 2 other hotels had outstanding staffs that made us feel very welcome"

Habitus que nous sommes de louer des Lofts de Québec et de recevoir les codes d'accès et toutes les informations utiles dans les 2 heures avant l'arrivée, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise d'avoir à remplir un questionnaire d'une longueur inouie sans possibilité de pouvoir parler à quelqu'un, pris dans le traffic du samedi fin pm, dans des rues aussi étroites. La seule personne à qui nous avons pu parler nous a dit que tout ce qu'il...

"Great space, particularly for families with the separate closed bedroom and bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen and safe premises interior. The area is a bit grungy and the parking for the lofts is in a back alley that did not always feel safe. There were some good restaurants and cafes around - it is definitely an area that is "gentrifying". The mattresses were a bit hard and there was not much decor in the lofts, but they were perfectly functional."

"The apartment was super clean. Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night."

"Loved my stay at the Loft du Vitré, we appreciated the cleanliness and the 2 separate bedrooms WITH their adjacent bathroom! Although a bit far from the main attractions we wanted to visit, it was at a fair distance by Uber, costing a few bucks (less than 15$) per ride. Highly recommend and we decided it will be our place to stay for the next Qc city visit!"

"The apartment was big. We had a good 2 nights' stay. There was a washing machine and dryer which were very useful after coming from other cities, however, there was no detergent provided. We had to purchase our own and left the remaining in the apartment. There was only one air-conditioning unit in the apartment and installed in the living room. "We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. "Will come back here agian. Perfect location, right in the heart of old quebec. Easy access to everything you need to be close to. Could no have asked for a better experience. Thank you! "

"Not in the best location as others have said, due to there not being many restaurants or stores nearby and due to the amount of homeless people around, we didn’t feel comfortable coming or going after dark. Apartment was great, very quiet and all amenities you could need available. We did Uber eats one night and cooked the second night "

"Hôtel bien situé pour des rendez-vous à Ste Foy. Chambre spacieuse et comfortable. Cafetière Nespresso, mieux que les Keurig. Un restaurant dans l'hôtel, avec un service très sympathique, et un autre à l'autre bout du parking. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes en voiture. Séjour très agréable et personnel agréable."

Nice people, comfortable rooms

"This is a fairly basic hotel, however, the rooms are large and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast there (there wasn't much that interested me on offer), but I liked their coffee machine, and the area of town has a number of bars and restaurants worth visiting. Quebec City is a very walkable city."
