"The hotel is VERY kid friendly. Our daughter loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and valet service was very quick. The location is nice with many restaurants and shops around. Quiet and clean. We would stay here again when visiting Portland. "

"What a quirky hotel! The decorations are off the wall but the space was comfortable and the hotel was accommodating. We were upgraded to a king suite which included a sitting area. I liked that a robe was supplied. Thought it was a little unusual that a fridge and coffeemaker needed to be requested. We lucked out and a fridge was already in the room. Coffee (decent coffee) and tea were available free in the lobby. The resort fee $30 did not make sense since there weren't many resort amenities other than a gym room and internet, which are pretty standard. We were intentional about using our $15 credit on snacks and drinks to recoup some of the fee back. The location was great for accessing city center."

"Down town is sketchy so I would use the valet parking because it is secure. It can be a bit of a wait for your car so make sure you call down for it before leaving. The breakfast area is huge so makes it convenient for large families or people with strollers. They also offer 2 free drinks for each adult from 5-7 in the same area as well as finger food snacks, simple nachos, veggies and ranch etc. the soda machine is also available if you have kids during that time. Pool/hot tub/sauna are all awesome. "

"Beautiful lobby. Cool bar area. Convenient location helpful staff. Room was nice but smaller (it’s an older hotel so not unexpected). Not much space for toiletries in the bathroom. Overall stay was great. "

"The staff is very nice. I wish I had more time to hang out in the library (yes, a library!). Unique rooms. Old building, but updated to be very comfortable."
