"Decent nights rest while visiting nearby family. Affordable. Quiet"

"The room was clean although dated. The beds were very comfortable. The area isn't the best, not dangerous, just more of an industrial feel to it. The breakfast was less than average...but it was hot. Biscuits and gravy were part of breakfast. Biscuits left a lot to be desired. In truth, not sure if they were fresh. We would stay there again, as quality sleep and costs are our most valued requirements."

"The room with jacuzzi tub was great. The room has a good view of the river. Everything was clean and updated. The only bad thing was we could hear our neighbors next store snoring through the wall in our bedroom which made it difficult to sleep. "

"The location of this property is great. You can walk to many of the attractions. If you are sensitive to cats this would not be a place to stay. Two cats live in the property. Cats are not in the rooms but they are allowed to roam the property in the middle of the night. One enjoyed letting us know he/she was up and wanted some company early in the morning. Communication with the host was very good. There could have been a little more offered for breakfast, There was coffee, tea, juice, yogurt...

"This is a wonderful old house close to downtown that has clearly been restored with love. Impeccably clean, comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook in. Communication was great with Amber and she was most helpful in meeting an unexpected need. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to again someday. "
