"Wrong information given by phone as to where to park on arrival. Bar/Cafe, on ground floor closed with no information regarding another bar on the upper floors of the hotel. Information given to us by other hotel guests. A little sign on the ground floor bar informing guest of this second bar would be appreciated. "

"We had a great stay at the Intercontinental in Wellington, NZ. It is close to the waterfront and shopping. I would recommend this hotel."

"The Bolton was absolutely lovely! The room was very well appointed. The staff were courteous and attentive, even though my husband and I were travel-worn. We enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant. The staff were delightful, and the food was amazing! The steak was particularly delicious. We also had a lovely quick breakfast and coffee at the front door cafe. The location is great - Uber drivers and your companies were instantly familiar with the building. There is a lovely historic cemetery and church across the street. Be warned, many of the coffee, shops, and restaurants seem to be "weekday only", though I'm sure the Bolton staff can point you in the right direction, and you can't go wrong at the in house eateries. "
