"The room I viewed when I booked, looked nothing like the room I received. The window was beautiful but only had a view of the next building (could not see a thing else). Like because of the shape you couldn’t even see the motion of downtown Boston. We had to request new face towels as soon as we got to the room, the ones already in the bathroom looked a little dirty. Other than that the hotel is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming! Valet was amazing even in the cold! "

"Our stay at The Lenox Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Back Bay, with easy access to the T, fantastic dining, and great shopping. The highlight was our cozy in-room fireplace, which made for an incredibly warm and inviting retreat on a chilly evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!"

"Absolutely rhe best service and amenities , however the fire alarm went off 3 different times while everyone was sleeping . Pretty much lost a night of sleep because of thos situation , but what do you do ?"

"This property was very nice in a great area. The Green Line T was right beside the hotel making it easy to get around the city. It is located directly across from Fenway so we had a great view of the stadium. It is also next to a busy highway so the traffic was somewhat loud at night. "

"Check in was a breeze, we were a few minutes early and our room was ready. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. We had breakfast at the restaurant it was delicious and a good value. Evan our server was attentive and pleasant. They have valet parking and all the attendants were extremely friendly. The hotel has multiple buildings, the only critique we have is we wish we were told at check in we could have traveled between buildings with out goung outside. We would definitely recommend...
