"It was located conveniently for shops and the park and the rooms and bedding were very clean. The cleaning staff kept on top of the communal bathrooms but the cleanliness would depend on the guests that used it in between the cleaning. The picture you see in the advert is not the rooms i looked at or stayed in. The rooms are a lots more worn with some dark decor and peeling wallpaper with worn carpeting in areas, not polished wood floors as seen in pictures. That said it is clean, fresh clean...

"This was an upcoming neighborhood. Lots of character. Transit close by and fast and easy. Very clean and rooms were big. Full sized kitchen well equipped Make sure you are OK with curving stairs. Very dark and you need to go slow. Lots of restaurants and services just a few steps away. I would go back."

"A very unique neighborhood. Apartments all around, usually 3 story older homes. A quaint taco restaurant nearby. "

"We absolutely loved Mark's unit. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfy. For me, a big plus was that Mark made sure off-street parking was available for us. We could see the care and love he has put into the home. We now have a new favorite place to stay when we visit the Boston area. Hope to stay again soon. "

"You will like this property if you value a nice host, peace and quiet, and gorgeous views, with easy walking distance to the beach and the very good Tides restaurant. The home is comfortable, easy to access, and just as advertised. If you are looking for brand new, high end amenities, you might want to look elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again should we return to this area. Thank you Liz and safe travels to all."

"We loved this apartment. It is beautiful, lots of closet space, big king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus was stocked with some basic foods like coffee, milk, sparkling water, etc. It had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and was a lovely Place to sit and watch the city wake up in the morning.The hosts were so helpful and responsive."

"This host does a really fine job of accurately describing the property and its setting. I appreciate this - and the place was cheerful, well maintained, and easy to find. We took the train into Boston, and the station is a three minute walk from the property. Also great restaurants and coffee very nearby. Our first VRBO experience, and a wonderful example of quality and kindness."
