"When we arrived to the location we realized that it is connected to a larger building that is quiet run down. The rental space it self needs to be updated and renovated also. Upon entering the space it became very apparent that the pictures do not accurately depict the current state of the space. Much of the furniture is worn out and dirty with stains. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"
