"I really liked the pavilion outside. That was a very nice sitting area that was covered. What I did not like was the room accross from me had someone constantly throwing something at the door that could be heard accross the hall into my room. Other than that the place was great, I would stay there again."

"Pretty ordinary experience. Exhaust fan in bathroom vey noisy. Can be fixed with a little effort. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Ran out of tissues in BR. Not worth a trip to the desk"

"The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. The shower was strong and hot. The room was kind of dingy and needed updates. The lady behind the desk at check-in was efficient yet unfriendly. I would stay at the inn again due to convenience."

"You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!"

"If the idea of peace, quiet, and an amazing Ohio River view interest you consider Le Chalet a must. So cool to watch long barges slowly navigate the bends of the river. Especially at night! Almost hypnotic. Bud and his team were fantastic and a pleasure to meet. We will return."

"Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! Campfire at night and work up to deer and turkey visits in the morning. We will be back! "
