"The room I reserved was given away, so we were given a room with only one bed and pull-out couch (not very comfortable). Not sure why, if I reserved the room and paid for it, it was given to someone else — but too exhausted on arrival to argue. A good place otherwise. Just a little irritating about the room. "

"This was one of the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was clean as if it had never been used, you’re greeted with your name on the TV screen welcoming you, the amenities were too much to count (it felt more like a personal apartment), and the beds were clean, soft and comfortable. I also appreciate that they held your vehicle within their valet parking system that allows you to take it in and out whenever you have somewhere to go. "The hotel was nice. I didn't know about the parking.Being an additional $25 dollars a day. The shower temperature kept going low to high. We had a great view of the city of charlotte. A lot of restaurants were close by. It was a good stay."
