It was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, 2 tv, big living room with 2 tables. "This is a decent place to stay especially compared to other hotels or apartments it was so much cheaper. I think the reason for that is that it was slightly off the main route. So you'd need to go to ikebukaro first before going elsewhere in Tokyo. Going was fine but coming back you'd have quite a line of people and a potential wait and standing journey back. This isn't the fault of the accommodation in any way of course but it's just to be a consideration."

"The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that...

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. "Clean apartment that matches the photos. Like everything in Tokyo, it's small, but it's efficient. It's comfortable for two people, but would be very tight for four. The Yamanote subway line is a four minute walk away where you can quickly reach the Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno and Tokyo stations. Self check-in was easy and communication was quick and friendly. The most surpising part was how quiet this apartment is. That's hard to find in Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again. "

"location is really nice, very quiet neighborhood, away from the busy streets of Tokyo. Kevin was very helpful and it was such a cozy home.
