"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. "I had such a great time staying at this cabin! The host was super communicative and made everything really easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The best part was how close it was to the water—just a short walk away! There are communal tubes for tubing nearby. We relaxed on the spacious viewing deck with amazing views all around.This cabin was the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Most facilities at the location were good. Though all the rooms have a "no smoking" sign, our room still smelled of smoke until we aired it out. Some minor cosmetic facility defects, but nothing that would deter us from coming back."

"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"When we arrived, it was after dark and I had some trouble locating our exact cabin, but the owners were more than happy to help me to our spot. The perfect combination of making sure we were taken care of and giving us our space. The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. Definitely would stay here again."

"Nice and clean cabin, with shared grill but no kitchen (just microwave and sink, no gas). Spacious and clean, a bit too close to the urban part and not so secluded/natural. But super easy to reach "

"I traveled alone with my two young sons to the train in Romney, and his hotel option was clean, safe, welcoming and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and the cookies at checkin were a fun surprise! A wonderful option where there are only a few hotels. "

"We loved the Board Room. Very responsive hosts. So much room. Super clean and completely stocked: kitchen had all the tools for a full meal and an easy breakfast + seating for 12 for meals, Ping pong (great fun!) assorted board games and large TV. We visited in Fall but would love to see Spring and Winter as well. Bed was so great we over slept the alarm! "

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to...
