"Camila, Andrea and the crew in the restaurant were great during the breakfast service.
IRUPE at the reception was really nice and helpful too. Amazing hospitality.

however, I think the charging the guest for monkey entry is not really fair. I am sure I closed the door even double checked it, yet still got the monkey entry.
I believe there's another way to keep the monkey out.
also I think I was charged with something that was not in the refrigerator in the beginning.
