Seating/lounge area was very cozy! The only downside was our room air wasn’t capable of being controlled manually. It worked, I just couldn’t order it to work to the degree I wanted. (I like a constant fan) The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was polite and professional with any questions asked. Breakfast was good with a yummy waffle bar if that’s something you like! "The perfect location to watch the sunrise on the Mississippi River and the Arch. The location is easy to get to and the views from the property are great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurants were good and delicious. The access the national park is the best. Clean rooms. All the amenities are top notch. "

"This is a resort property. If you book through Expedia you will pay resort fees of almost $14 per night at the resort in addition to a $200 security deposit on a credit card. The room was nice and had a small kitchen. We used the outdoor hot tub and it was quite enjoyable. We ended up on the 3rd floor and there wasn’t an elevator. If you have mobility issues you should take this into consideration. "

"Very nice historic property! We enjoyed the room very much. The room was a little small for our liking and hot water took awhile to get hot, but otherwise very nice place to stay with a great underground bad and tasty restaurant!"
