We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). "This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"We wanted a house that was comfortable for our family and convenient to RIT. This home was both. It is a very clean home with a good layout and great amenities--hot tub and pool, even though it was too cold for the pool. We highly recommend the home for your trip to Rochester."

"Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive! Property was clean and stocked with basic essentials. One evening. we had a snow storm and the next morning someone came to plow the driveway which was appreciated! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and home was warm in this cold weather!"

"We had a wonderful weekend. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, spacious and a quick drive to downtown! We loved that off street parking was available. The house was stocked with the basics- toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. which is always appreciated! The snacks and water were so thoughtful. The kids and adults enjoyed the space! The host was also immediately available for any questions that came up. We would happily stay here again! Thanks again! "

"Our small group has had a reunion every February for the past seven years. In the past we stayed at a hotel, but this year decided to rent a house. The house was perfect and very clean upon arrival. The host was very prompt in replying to any question prior to our visit and even afterward. "Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. "Upon arrival at the Front Desk, the person behind the desk was very polite. At one point I thought she might be reading from a card as she spoke of all the amenities of the hotel, the two restaurants and hours serving. She was extremely polite and made it a good start for my stay. "

"I havnt been here since I was 8 and my parents had their wedding reception. The place is GREAT in 2025. Restaurant gets an a+++ as did our Sunday night bartender. What could set the place apart from be great to excellent is in the smallest of details. Everything seemed clean and well kept… until we got in the elevator. The hotel was low traffic during our stay, so this wouldn’t be the excuse. The elevators looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. This is being picky because the place is gorgeous. But when you have a beautiful hotel, something like that sticks out in a painfully obvious way. Our room was huge with scenic views. "
