"What an Amazing Riad with Amazing Staff. We stayed here for 7 nights and all the staff were very friendly, genuine and helpful. Airport transfers were arranged through Riad Karmela and we could not believe the effort of both of our drivers...on arrival he had waited over 2 hours for us! "Great spot. Right inside the Medina and close to the main markets and plaza. The staff are great - polite and friendly. They even reached out to me before we travelled to ask if we needed a transport from the airport, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable too. The place is spotless, well kept and they do a very tasty and healthy breakfast. There's also a great chill out place on the roof if you just want to take a break from it all. "This has been the best aparthotel for us. The apartment was spacious and ideally located, with a shopping mall just across the road where you could get all groceries from the superstore and also has Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dominos. The hotel staff was amazing, and contrary to other reviews we had no issues with check in. My only gripe is lack of a microwave and toaster in the kitchen; the latter are really essential in a kitchen."
