"What an Amazing Riad with Amazing Staff. We stayed here for 7 nights and all the staff were very friendly, genuine and helpful. "This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. "We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. "This has been the best aparthotel for us. The apartment was spacious and ideally located, with a shopping mall just across the road where you could get all groceries from the superstore and also has Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dominos. The hotel staff was amazing, and contrary to other reviews we had no issues with check in. My only gripe is lack of a microwave and toaster in the kitchen; the latter are really essential in a kitchen."
