"The property needs to be renovated. This is not a 5* hotel. If you go there with the expectation of 3-4 stars you won’t be too disappointed. You have to request basic 5 stars amenities instead of it being provided in the rooms. The food is good and there is a variaty "

It is a short taxi ride from the airport, and most attractions are within 30-40 minutes walking distance. "This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "A very peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is a shuttle bus that takes us to and from the centre without extra charge which is very convenient. We enjoyed the aqua park, indoor jacuzzi & pool in addition to the spa facilities. lunch and dinner was delicious and varied. They had some tasty offerings. Breakfast was also great. Overall our experience was very positive and we left feeling invigorated. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Thalib...

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"Service was fantastic. It's a very cool property. Easy to get to and nice rooms. Breakfast was very light but good. As others have pointed out the beds are not great. The hot tub is not hot and has no heater. That was a disappointment. The heated pool was heated to a temperature that would be fine if it was 85f but in the 60s...it's a no. The rooftop area was great to chill. It's worth a stay."
