"The history of Grapèlli is very interesting, and so is the architecture of the hotel. Definitely not a cookie cutter hotel, wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. "

"The amenities on the map are either completely missing (like the boat rentals) or not working (like the trampolines). Of the facilities that were working (like the small pool) yiu are blocked from accessing these from 7:30pm, so if you do something during the day you will likely miss out on using these (like we did). The cabins are basic and close to each other, unfortunately our neighbours were partying until 1:30am so we didnt sleep well, and reception closes at 5pm so there is nothing you...

"Es war ok, mehr aber leider auch nicht. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In unserer gebuchten Beschreibung gab es eine Kaffeemaschine "Nespresso" und eine Mikrowelle aber leider waren die Geräte nicht vorhanden. Es waren mehrere Tage alle Waschmaschinen defekt und es wurde keine Alternative angeboten oder wenigstens ein Hinweis wann sie wieder funktionstüchtig sind."

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, aber auch sehr heiß. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und leider sehr viele Moskitos und keine Fliegengitter in den Fenstern. Man konnte bei der Hitze im Haus nicht lüften was gerade für unsere Kinder nachts sehr unangenehm war. "

"Netjes, schoon, alleen een open toilet naast het bed vond ik niet fijn mijn man ook niet hij geneerde zich om naar het toilet te gaan. Matras bed zou wat dikker kunnen. Voor deze prijs een fijn net verblijf. "
