"the hotel was OK for the price but one staff gave us wrong info about the towel dryer rack which didn't work. the sink did not drain well and the shower stall leaked water leaving the floor wet around it. Dinner was fine and the staff was great. At breakfast the buffet was often missing items that were not replaced"

"I was very impressed with the hotel, considering the low cost of rooms. Location wise it was not perfect with nothing much within walking distance, but by car it was equally between two destinations I was visiting. The breakfast buffet was a little lacking in variety considering the relatively high price, and hence I took this on only one of my two nights. "This was a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay. Bus and the city center was all close by. It was in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We had joining rooms so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now, whilst on business trips to Utrecht. It has always been a great place to stay, given the level of comfort and price point for a good 4* hotel. Location - right in a shopping mall and a short stroll from a) the station and b) the old town. Plenty of eateries within a short distance, too. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of sockets, a decent coffee machine and big TV. "

Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. "Eden Hotel is a gem in Amsterdam. We loved our stay very much! We flew into AMS, took the train to Central Station and walked about 20 mins or so to the hotel which is right on one of the canals. The lobby is extremely modern, filled with various plants and very warm which was nice (as we visited recently in the winter months). It was VERY cold outside so we were always happy to get back to the hotel after a long day of exploring and walking around! It's so centrally located, closest to Rembrandt Square but Dam Square is a very short walk away as well. One other thing I'd like to mention is their water pressure is insane, I don't think I've experienced that at a hotel before. The beds were so comfortable! We stayed in one of the rooms that had the wallpaper / blue corset image behind the bed... in comparison to our friends room, we were on the upgraded side of the building so I'd keep that in mind when booking! You cannot go wrong with this hotel. I'd absolutely stay here again!"
