"We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the mattress is very firm. The studio is perfectly equipped and minimalistic. "

"Great space. Will visit there againb. Not sure why they told me tghere was limited parking. We had to park in a lot not close. Every night the parking lot appeared almost empty. Wish we could have parked at the facitilty. Onkly negative. "

"A quieter area of the city, perfect for families of you want to avoid the stag/hen dos and the crowds. However, still noisy if you need to open the window (kebab shop right outside and a busy road). Check in was easy via WhatsApp message. Amenities were ok, although we couldn't figure out the coffee machine and we did need to clean the sink area. "Just far enough outside of the city to be really natural and not touristy. It’s a brisk 15 minute walk from the train station maybe 20. It’s on a rather long pier with incredible views of the water and some of the wind that goes with it, but it was worth it!"

"Brilliant apartment for a city break holiday. We stayed in the 4 bed two level studio apartment. It was located up 4 flights of steep windy Dutch stairs but you swiftly got the hang of how to navigate them. It was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There was only the bathroom mirror which sometimes made getting ready a challenge. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Wir sind an einem Tag angekommen, als es 32 Grad Aussentemperatur hatte. Da der Bungalow mit der Fensterfront genau zur Nachmittag/Abendsonne gedreht ist, war der Bungalow bis nach 23 Uhr auf 42 Grad aufgeheizt! Der Ventilator hat nichts gebracht; eine AirCon gibt es nicht. Schlafen war in dieser Nacht nicht möglich. Nicht auszudenken, wenn wir 11 Tage ein solches Wetter gehabt hätten. Hatten wir aber nicht. (at night Niteliner N97 once per hr. mid-night to 5am) debit or credit card. or online e-ticket, €6.50 one-way or €11.75 return. Get off at Museumplein, walk straight towards Rijksmuseum, hotel on left, returning to airport bus stop for 397 is outside the hotel on the left, cross the road, just outside the spar supermarket, "

Excellent service, clean hotel, and easy access.

"Everything here was top notch, but most particularly the service from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food staff. The hotel was easy access to the trains and trams, and everything inside was clean and orderly. Anything we asked for from the front desk, was delivered promptly, and everyone was so professional. Gilbert at the font desk and Duke at the concierge stood out for us. "
