"Came down for the Christmas parade & festivities. So glad we chose La Mer for our stay. The room was tastefully appointed, actually looked recently renovated and the hotel was very clean. The Pier House restaurant at the hotel is very pretty inside and we had a beautiful breakfast. Disappointed that we didn’t go there for dinner or to sit at the beautiful bar for a drink and some apps! The hotel is a very short drive to Washington Street shopping and the beach is literally across the street....
