"Everything was great although the hot tub had dirt on the bottom, you could feel it with your feet and see it when the jets were off. It was kinda gross."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a plus and very organized. One elevator was down so it took a long time to get onto the elevator. They said that three floors had ice machines and only one machine on a certain floor worked. Rooms were ok but could definately be updated. Bring your own pillows ; theirs were old and very lumpy. Rooms were very quiet for the 3 nights we were there and the falls and casino were very close. ( walkable ) - parking was terrible. We had to pay...

"Perfect walking distance to the casino and concert. Close to see the falls from the upper hill. The check in was easy and fast, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They took great care to keep the sidewalks and parking lot salted as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was my third stay at this hotel and I'll definitely stay there again. "
