"This is a primitive camping site. Yes the tent is large and there is an outdoor toilet and shower which is delightful but this is still just a camp site. No other facilities. There is no A/C and it can get quite hot in the tent. We had a wonderful candle lit dinner by the chef who also lit us a fire which was beautiful under the stars. Some holes in the tent need to be fixed due to mosquitos. "

"Staff were Friendly and nice. Outside the property is nice. Food is good. We got a room in ground floor overlooking a neighbor house. Fence only had few trees and some sort of a roofing material (takaran sheets). People are constantly walking by the room and looking inside. Because of it, we were unable to leave the blinds open. Hotel is run down, old age shows in room and bathroom. Bathroom fan was loud and my son was scared to go in . I had to ask for extra TP. I had 1/10 of a TP roll and 1/2...

The rooms look exactly like they do on the pictures. Staff is friendly and warm, but could be more professional. Looks like a new local hotel, and so there maybe some errors/ miscommunications when you book through hotel.com, but in such event, if you write to them directly or talk to them, they will be very responsive and will do their best...

From the moment we arrived, the hosts made sure every detail was taken care of, creating an experience that was both comfortable and memorable. One of our highlights was the safari tour of Wilpattu National Park, which our hosts graciously arranged for us. The driver they connected us with was clearly experienced and knew all the best spots to find the animals we were hoping to see — it felt like a true insider experience! Back at the treehouse, I found myself fully immersed in the peaceful surroundings. Resting on a lounge chair and listening to the sounds of the jungle was the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with nature. This place offers more than just a stay — it’s a peaceful window into the natural beauty, kind people, and rich culture of Sri Lanka.
