"Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"

"First the location is ideal, you have almost everything within walking distance. The Opera House, Munch Museum, transportation to other tourist attractions, restaurants, almost waterfront, etc. Hotel staff was excellent,friendly and helpful.The Hotel is in very good condition, clean and modern. "

"Check in was quick but staff was not welcoming or informative. He just took my name and gave the key. No explanation where things were or about breakfast. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent. Didn’t have soap for 2 days. Luckily ran into them on the way back in the afternoon to request some which she was happy to get. No sugar on the second day of my stay for the tea and coffee station. Room and bathroom was fantastic, modern, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to retail and food...
