"The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay! "

No problem leaving my luggage at 9am after disembarking my cruise, but I was told although the apartment was not ready (understandable at that time) they would contact me when it was, so I could move in early. By 3.30pm i received no notification, so just returned to the office and sure enough, it was ready. Poor communication when...

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"Excellent location. Can be noisy at night Wednesday through Saturday because of bars in the area but this is to be expected in this location. I’d stay again."

"My daughter recommended Frogner House and it was perfect! I had a studio and for my needs it fit the bill. I’m planning on booking here again on my next visit to see my daughter and her family! Great location walking distance to most everything in Oslo! And the bus stop was nearby as well! "
