"Lovely location. Spacious rooms spread out overlooking Etosha. Food ok, buffet expensive for dinner especially when they rundown the options towards the end of the sitting. We had to ask them to make more of a chicken dish as we don’t eat red meat. Staff on the whole very good, although the lunch time crew seemed disinterested when we arrived at 2pm. Breakfast much better. Rooms could do with a refresh. "

"We stayed after two days in Etosha park, looking for somewhere close to the exit. The location is excellent, just a few km from the gate. Our room was large, with a massive bathroom, and was very clean and functional. It had a small patio, which was nice to have an outdoor area, although not much to look at from there except trees. "A lovely, peaceful place to stay. Corné was very attentive, and we enjoyed talking to him about Namibia. Wildlife came close to our lodge. Meals were very tasty and wholesome. We opted for a barbecue on the hilltop at sundown. It was beautifully set up for our evening, and we had good food and conversation with Corné and Cindy. We felt very well looked after."

"Stunning lodge a little off the beaten track but so worth the effort! The location by the watering hole with the resident rhino and regular animals is amazing. The staff are fabulous and so helpful. The rooms are total luxury and feel so relaxing to sit and watch the weather and environment. They give you an extra key for the air conditioning as the tent gets hot. Food was very good and plentiful. We loved it - the safari drive was amazing and we saw so many animals- just a sore bottom after 7...

"Epacha could be used as an African Lodge in a movie set. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The reception/dining area was enormous with plenty of elegant touches. The staff were as helpful and attentive as they could be. I highly recommend it. Visitors should be aware, though, that Epacha is some distance from Etosha - around 50 kilometres from the Anderson Gate. "

"Die beste Unterkunft unseres Namibiaurlaubs. Marianna und Piet waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für das Wohlergehen meiner Freundin und mir gegeben haben. Das inkludierte Frühstück und Abendessen fiel sehr reichhaltig aus und war absolut lecker (ihr solltet nach dem Kürbis in Zucker fragen!!!). "Very interesting to learn all about the culture, see the women working in traditional ways, and try out the millet processing. I also enjoyed the traditional food and the singing and dancing. I didn’t like that we were not told the cost of the tour, and the European food was not very good."

"Prices and quality of food was terrible. There wasn’t a thing on the menu that I could recommend. The local chicken cost 250 Dollars and was as tough as a Bata tackie. Unnecessary charges were levied like having my meal brought to my room because I was the only person in th restaurant. Had to move from the bar to the courtyard / dining room with plastic chairs and tables to eat from. Very over priced facility for its badly sign posted position. Stay away is my advice...."
