"This is right in the heart of Queenstown! Love it steps away from the wharf where almost all attractions are, playground right in front with the beautiful botanical gardens and local ice rink. Parking for street or valet was great. Rooms are a little outdated however beds were great, bathrooms were cleaned daily from top to bottom, included breakfast is worth it. Concierge is great to go chat and book your activities. Definitely will be returning to the property summer or winter "

"Staff!!! Absolutely amazing. I have stayed in different hotels both locally and international but the staff at this hotel were next level amazing. Prompt response, kind, understanding and honest. Room- we stayed on L401 and it has to be the best room at this hotel. My family and I will stay here from now on for our Queenstown trips"

"We had a group of 8 staying 3 nights, we booked a 2-bedroom apartment and one superior queen room. We were very happy with the service; we had a bit of a mix-up with the booking company, but this was accommodated by the hotel promptly. Very clean, and polite. There are older elements that could be updated (e.g. tapware and bath etc.) but they do the job just fine for the price, the service and being within walking distance to the waterfront more than make up for this. I have not complaints and would happily book again."
