But both the bathroom and the communal kitchen were kept very clean. The rooms are on the fourth floor which is not too helpful with large suitcases as there is no lift. Saying that there was a very nice clerk there at check in who helped. Everything is automated so there is no one to ask questions and the first day I did not...

"The Schlosshotel is nice place to stay in Karlsruhe. It is directly across from the Haubtbahnhof and the main streetcar (tram) intersection. Gave property a 4 because we thought restaurant was pricey and room had no safe or hot water kettle. Front desk staff were very helpful and room was tidy and clean."
