"Lovely property with excellent staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us have an amazing experience. Only criticism was that there was a large wedding that overtook and closed the restaurant and bar over several days, which meant we often had to eat in our room. Valet parking and breakfast included in the rate was a nice perk. "

"We were a group of three girlfriends celebrating our 65th birthdays with a holiday en Provence. We stayed at Goult House for one week in October 2024. This property is exactly as described. It is a spacious house with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedrooms are also big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to work in. The view from the upper bedroom balcony is spectacular. There are not views from the pool area, but is it lovely nevertheless. As our stay was in October, we didn't spend a lot of time around the pool, but as the pool was still open, one brave friend had a quick dip. We are Canadian! It was helpful to have sinks in most rooms and showers in some. We were just 3 people, so having two toilets to share worked just fine for us. Beatrice was very easy to reach and attentive to our needs. She was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay. The house is right in the village, just a few minutes walk to the village square. There is a short hill, but it is not too steep. There are some very nice restaurants in the village, a good little grocer with fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery, a cheese shop, and a butcher. Goult is a lovely, quiet little village and not busy like some of the most popular villages in the area. There are no tour buses in Goult. We would highly recommend a stay at this property. We spent 12 days there at the end of September/early October. The place is extremely well situated in a beautiful bucolic setting and very close to many key sites to visit in the Luberon.
