"Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We had an issue witj our airline reservation, the concierge allowed us to use his phone and even had someone check to see if there was someone at that ticket counter at the airport. The hotel is very clean, the beds and pillows are amazing! There is hot water, and they provide 2 bottles of water in the room along with a hot pot and coffee and tea bags. The food in the restaurant was top notch as was the service. There is a shuttle to the airport that runs about every 15 minutes. So happy we stayed there!"
