"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. "The place advertised Wi-Fi but that wasn’t available. It’s near a very noisy bar that plays music late. Large property but difficult to gain entry."
