"Our family and friends had a great overall stay at bolt hole. Staff were very friendly and attentive and made great meals. Property is very clean inside and very well kept outside. Back veranda, infinity pool, hammock and view of the ocean were all outstanding. Only downside is the house is just offset from the road, so with open air shutters there’s noise from traffic and/or bar across the street into the wee hours of the morning. "

"The only issue I had was that the temperature of the water in the shower could not be regulated properly. It was either too hot or cold. Apart from that I had a wonderful stay and the apartment is conveniently located close to all the business places I needed access to. Thank you to the team. "Comfortable cozy rooms with spacoius bathrooms. Clean, beautiful with fresh free following air. Service was amazing. I got fast a quick response from management. Our host Vince was always a text or phone call away ,to make sure we experience a comfortable stay. The food made to order by chef and house keeping Ms. Althea was delicious 😋. "By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. "From start to finish the staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The on site staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the property it was clean there was 24 hour security and it is located in close proximity to supermarket, next door to restaurants and 5 minutes from Devon house. I definitely will be staying there again "

"From start to end I give this stat a 5 star rating. Host dealt with a small issue promptly with no issue. Upon entering apartment I was amazed at the level of decor and comfort. Perfect size for myself but I would say at least 3 people could stay there comfortably. I’ve stayed in many apartments over the years all over the island and this apartment tops them by far."
