"The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable."

"Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!"

"With only 15 minute walk from Bologna centrale, the place is ideal. Withing half an hour walk you get to central Bologna abd its amazing buildings and gastronomy "

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

"This was a great place for a few days stopover. Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna"

"Really close ro Bologna Station, central Bologna 10 mins walk. Well maintained property, quiet street off main road. Modern style living, all you need for a city break in Bologna. Would stay there again? Yes we would and company who owns and services the property we wuld recommend to you "

"The place is good and clean, it has everything you need (stuff to cook, washing machine...). The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, a few minutes from the city center, yet not too far to get there walking."

"This is a decent option for a place to stay. It’s large, very well-located, clean but it needs freshened up with paint, it wasn’t the shower that was advertised online but it was very good except a little small, the tv and wifi were very good including Netflix, and it is very well appointed. A pretty serious negative were the mattresses on the bed. Very uncomfortable. They seemed more like foam mattress foam covers for a mattress. If they fix that problem, we’d give it a five. "

Great hotel

"This stay is part of a longer trip. The hotel is excellent. Luggage room if you arrive early as we did. Location is in the old area so a 5 min walk to piazza magiorre and the tourist information office. Breakfast was included and it was great. All in all, wish I’d have booked a longer stay. "

"Hotel is very close to train station, 5 minutes walking distance. From there, easy walk to all main attractions of Bologna. Staff were very friendly. Hotel in great condition. Price is the best cost - benefit relation. Great options to eat close to the hotel. I recommend to everyone that wants to enjoy the beautiful city of Bologna. "
