All Inclusive Hotels in Puntarenas Province

"We had paid for 2 nights in a standard room. Then our plans cha ged and when we asked Expedia to add another night, the standard room was not available. We then booked the extra night for a three bedroom apartment. This meant that after two days, we would be moving rooms. When we were checking in, we requested if we could stay all three days in the same place, and they honored that without charging extra for the three bedroom apartment. We enjoyed that it was not a big party hotel, it was very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in town!"

"Good place. Stunning views, friendly staff, luxury room interiors and exteriors. However, the expectations for a 5 star resort are high. For example, when a particular dish is missing on the high-end restaurant menu, you'd expect a waiter to share that in advance. Then 2 days later, 2 dishes are missing... The beach is at the bottom of a steep hill. There are gulf carts which take down and up. However, the service stops at 4 p.m. ??? Why not at least 6 or later? "
