"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property...

"It was literally in a jungle! So lovely!!! The restaurant was wonderful & the free breakfast very delicious. Huevo Rancheros was my favorite! We were never able to get fruit at breakfast when we went 1 hour before it closed. The early birds took them all:( The staff helped us get our luggage to our room & get the tv to English. We had two bookings so needed to change rooms. They took care of everything & when we moved to a room that didn't have a smart tv they said they would put one in the...

"This property is huge and magnificent. Photos do not do it justice. Beautiful views. Tons of things for kids to do. The river adventure area is gorgeous. This is like Disney world for kids. A must do if you have younger kids. The main resort area is peaceful and beautiful. Rooms are enormous and brand new. Bathroom is super luxurious. This place was so impressive. "

"Beautiful property with large pool area and thermal pools with walking trails. Stayed in junior suite high above and was able to see amazing sunset. Room service offerings were limited to dinner, resort is not easily walkable, you need to request shuttle if you stay higher up in suites. Road to get to resort was very rocky, but worth it. "
