"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. "first room of subpar and shower only ran hot water which made it impossible to take a shower but was transferred and upgraded to a better quality room. this is definitely a 3-star property not a 4-star or 5-star property. The gym, if you can even call it that, was nothing more than a home bicycle and a home treadmill with just a few dumbells & 1 lower back machine. Breakfast was ok. Made mysrlf some nice omletts. "Washroom had a pile of dead ant on the windows, staff was kind and offer plenty of services but the definitely overcharge you by a significant amount. For the duck farm they offered to take us there and back for 400,000 dong compared to a grab driver that did it for 180,000 two ways. Also the sleeper bus I booked through them had several complications as it was supposed to pick us up at hotel as the man said but then we had to take a cab to a different spot, they paid for the cab which was good...

"This is a great little hotel in a great little walking city. I call it walking because it you can walk around the immediate area surrounding the hotel (and then some) and small quiet streets are one little eatery or coffee shop after another. You don’t have to constantly look over your shoulder for motorbikes it’s so quiet here. The hotel was quiet as well with an occasional obnoxious car honking which is unfortunately rampant throughout the country. The staff here is friendly and helpful especially the day shift front desk manager. Breakfast was generous and a steal at 50,000 Dong ($2.00 US). I had two bags of laundry done at 100000 Dong ($4.00 US) Exceptional deal. Great location-Great Staff-Great hotel. Highly recommend. "
