"Great family fun and relaxed vibe to the resort. Second time staying there. Especially after staying at other resorts before this place Turtle beach definitely needs an upgrade with its rooms. They are a bit run down, our toilet stopped working on multiple occasions, not the end of the world and it was fixed promptly but same problem again the next day. Gave up on trying to make the Dishwasher work again used the sink anyway , a few main channels on the tv didn’t work but worked in the bed room...

"Perfect family place to stay. Throughly enjoyed using the facilities - kayaking, the catamaran and the pool. There are also activities scheduled that the kids can do. We would definitely like to return for a longer stay (we did just a night). The property itself is surrounded by bushland and kangaroos everywhere. Feels very special. The room itself is ok. "The entertainment for the children was exceptional. My youngest daughter has ADHD and she was involved in every single activity there was to do. As soon as she heard the mic she was out of that pool so fast waiting for the next game to start. Your staff are amazing. The pools and waterparks were so well managed to ensure safety.
