"We ended up having to book the last available room after an airline delay, and our original hotel was unable to extend. Place was clean, staff professional and courteous. They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels. Wish we had booked here for the whole trip! Breakfast is available, but pricy at $499 per head, and be sure to arrive early. We...

"There was just no trash bin in the kitchen which is necessary and the lighting can be improved to make the space brighter. Additional plates and saucer may help as well. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable with friendly staff and clean ambiance."

"It's the people that make this place a good place to stay in the city. The staff are really nice and professional and helpful. Everything is clean but I had to leave one star out since I noticed the shower stalls don't really get scrubbed especially at the bottom part which will have some mold and mildew. I will stay here again if I need a no-frills but a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas."

"The staff are nice to talk,but the service is very poor they let us wait for more than a half hour to deliver us the food we requested and if we did not follow up we wouldn't know that the food is not available at that moment. Also the room is not yet ready for accommodation ( no towels, no trash bin and has a water leakage in the CR)"
