"Some areas need updating"

"Had a wonderful stay at Escape at Nonsuch Bay. From the start, I was warmly welcomed by reception. As an Expedia Gold member, I appreciated the money off food, drinks, and spa services. I was helped me to my room and gave a helpful tour – always around for a friendly chat or assistance. The room was exactly like the pictures: spacious, clean, comfy bed, handy kitchenette, and the private plunge pool was a dream (main reason I booked!). Housekeeping every two days kept things spotless, though the plunge pool area can attract mosquitoes and bugs – something to be aware of. The hotel grounds are lovely, and the on-site restaurant staff were incredible. Highly recommend the return shuttles to Green Island and Shirley Heights – great options since the resort is quite remote. Massages at the spa were relaxing, and the floating breakfast was a highlight – even solo, I enjoyed every bite! Downsides: food needs more variety, flavor, and larger portions. Spa prices could be more affordable, an on-site ATM would help, and some evening entertainment is definitely needed. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful resort with excellent hospitality and rooms just as advertised. Loved it and would happily return!"

"It was really nice and fun and I had a great time. The buffet have different varities, just get there soon as they open so to get it fresh and before everyone touch it. Also, I didn't like the fact that they had cats walking around the restaurants and people were feeding them. Otherwise, it was fun, staff were friendly and helpful. The spa staff were very helpful and accomdating."

"Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk personnel and nighttime bartender are FABULOUS. Beautiful property and well maintained landscaping. I had an amazing time and would happily stay here again. Loved every meal, especially at the Sunset Grill. Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, corn hole, yoga classes, nightly entertainment and cooking lessons are all included and ensure you never get bored. I stayed at Cocos for 7 days and only did one day of excursions because of how much fun and relaxation is offered right on the property. Pool should be cleaned more frequently but very few people use it due to the plunge pools so it is understandably not a priority. While some staff are exceptional, others seem bothered and service can be quite slow in the restaurant. Also the website gives a menu to a “Cockle Shell Grill” that does not exist. It was quite disappointing to only have two choices of eateries when you are expecting three. Cats on the beach are ADORABLE and made my day however they can make Valley Church Beach quite smelly as it is obvious they use the bushes / sand in that area as a litter box. "
