"The location was excellent - just across the street from Siam Paragon - and it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, sending up smaller pillows and fresh towels when we asked, and even helping us print some documents. Rooms were clean and modern. I highly recommend upgrading to a premium room for lounge access - the quiet breakfasts and tea buffets were a nice break from the chaos of the city. "
