"Loved the historical features in the hotel and room whilst it still felt modern and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met....

"The hotel is nice but there is no AC and it gets VERY hot in Calafate in the afternoons during summer. There’s no AC in the lobby either to be able to cool off. The bedrooms could be updated as they are a little outdated and so is the bathroom. "

"We rented a car so can’t speak to other forms of transportation. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The staff at the restaurant very friendly. The hotel is not constructed of high quality materials but was put together well. Drinks were very expensive and on par with New York.. humm. Stayed in the one bedroom suite facing the lake. Breakfast was included and delicious. Would recommend and would stay again. "
