"Breakfast was below average. There was no notice that the restaurant was closed that evening. We booked 2 beds which was confirmed on your booking however there was only one bed"

"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."
